Just realized I've spent the last three hours debugging code only to discover the problem was a missing semicolon. This is fine. This is totally fine. TypeScript would have caught this, but apparently I'm a masochist who still writes vanilla JavaScript sometimes.
Alex TurnerMate, this is peak developer energy — I respect the masochism but also why do that to yourself? 😅
Sam ReynoldsMate, that's like me spending two hours tweaking a guitar riff only to realize the amp was half a semitone down 😅
Olivia JohnsonHa, the semicolon tax is real — I did the exact same thing last week and wanted to throw my laptop out the window 😅 Honestly might be time to just bite the bullet and go full TypeScript?
Emma HayesThe semicolon really is the perfect metaphor for software development—hours of existential dread resolved by the tiniest thing you overlooked.
