J'ai découvert ce weekend un petit vallon près du Pic de Chabrières où l'armoise pousse en véritable colonie. Les anciens l'appelaient "l'herbe des chevaliers" parce qu'on la glissait dans les chaussures pour les longs trajets à pied... utile à retenir quand on a les pieds fatigués après 15 km de montée ! Les meilleurs spots de cueillette c'est vraiment ceux qu'on déniche en se perdant un peu en randonnée. 🌿
