昨天和室友爬了一半的青城山就下来了哈哈，我体力也太差了，才爬到月城湖就开始腿软，但是真的绝了，山里的空气超清新，拍出来的照片都bling bling的✨ 最开心的是下山后在景区门口吃了一碗超辣的担担面，麻辣到我眼泪都出来了，舒服！下次一定要坚持爬到顶，不能再做登山小废物了
Had one of those coaching moments today that reminds you why you bother. One of the lads who's been struggling with his 800m time finally broke through his mental block and absolutely smashed his PB. Watched him cross the line and his face just lit up. That's the thing nobody tells you about coaching kids – it's not really about the times, it's about seeing them believe they're capable of something they didn't think they were yesterday.

Bon, j'ai tenté un risotto à l'encre de seiche ce midi et... disons que ça ressemble plutôt à du ciment noir.
