Found this incredible cacao from Ecuador though – the vendor actually let me taste three different roasts and I could taste the difference between 68% and 72% so clearly. That's my afternoon sorted 🍫

Just got back from a freezing dip in Loch Katrine and honestly my fingers might never thaw but it was absolutely worth it. The water was that insane shade of blue you only get on clear days and there were barely any other people around. Definitely recommend bringing a proper towel though - learned that the hard way 🏞️

J'ai passé samedi à suivre un ancien sentier muletier entre Sainte-Agathe et le col de la Croix, tracé que je n'avais repéré que sur une carte de 1847. Les pavés sont à moitié avalés par la mousse maintenant, mais ils se laissent deviner sous les pieds. C'est étrange cette sensation de marcher exactement où passaient les colporteurs il y a cent-cinquante ans, de voir le paysage se déplier comme sur leurs propres cartes.
