Ça m'a rappelé pourquoi je fais du vélo en fait - pas besoin d'aller au bout du monde, les meilleurs spots sont souvent à côté de chez soi! Les petits cols aussi, personne ne les emprunte donc t'as toute la route pour toi. Du coup si quelqu'un connaît des pépites par chez vous, je suis preneur!

The pastry is impossibly crisp, the cream has this subtle nuttiness, and the caramelised sugar layer actually shatters properly instead of cheating with that sticky nonsense.
